Shrimps chief executive Rod Taylor hopes the incentive will boost morale with the club currently just seven points above the relegation zone.
"When you're down at the wrong end of the league you need to galvanise everybody together," Taylor told BBC Radio Lancashire.
"We're all in this together and we want to maintain our league status.
"The players are contributing, along with the management and backroom team, as well as the chairman and board of directors, so whatever coaches we fill we'll fund."
