Morecambe have completed the signing of Colchester winger Simon Hackney on a month's loan.Hackney, 26, joined the U's from Carlisle United in January 2009 and has made 13 league appearances for the club this season.

The 26-year-old has made 35 appearances for the U's since joining from Carlisle last year, but has not featured since the 7-0 FA Cup defeat by Preston in January.
