McIlroy questions his sides desire

The hosts secured the points, and their first win in six matches, with goals from Julian Alsop and Matt Thornhill leaving McIlory to lament his side's lack of commitment.

"We were very disappointing. Cheltenham were fighting for their lives and we didn't match their commitment all over the park," said McIlroy.

"We're a team supposed to be pushing for the play-offs but we didn't come out of the dressing room.

"I'm not going to blame individuals but as a unit we were poor and that's disappointing because it was a chance to get into the play-off situation and we threw that away."
