The Shrimps claimed a shock 2-0 win at npower League Two table-toppers Chesterfield last weekend as goals from Kevan Hurst and James Spencer secured the visitors' first away victory since early January.
Defender Paul Scott is stepping up his fitness but is set to remain absent as he recovers from a knee operation.
Meanwhile, winger Adam Rundle has joined Gateshead on loan until the end of the season.
Rundle joined the Shrimps in July 2010, but has been limited to just nine starts at the Globe Arena.
Midfielder Craig Stanley has extended his loan spell at Torquay until the end of the season.
